HOMAG/WEEKE/BARGSTEAD Feed Thru Horizontal & Vertical Drilling Line with 180° overturning device, all CNC controlled.

    HOMAG/WEEKE Model "BST 750" (serial no. 0-251-08-2056): NC Controlled Cross-thru-feed panel processing machine for precision hole boring & machining of the parts at the top & bottom edges and vertically from below. 

    LH side of the machine is fixed at "0", NC controlled RH side is adjustable according to the materials being processed.

    The "POWER LINE" system can be run under the following Windows operating system Windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT4/2000/XP

    Machine control - HOMAG PC52 with Interlinking Line control for the related linking of all machines with the complete "POWER LINE" system Via a Winsock connection or a serial connection (3964R protocol) with the host.

    The start and end identification of the processing program name can be transferred on-line via data medium or manual entry at the PC.

    Should the production line be realized by Weeke this item can be deleted. Depending on the kind of connection, additional hardware (network connection or serial interface) might become necessary.

    The SCHULER-MDE PROFESSIONAL software along with the coupling of the SCHULER-MOS (evaluation system of several machines) offers an extensive service program for fault diagnostics for all the individual units such as, Collecting and evaluating machine states via, time meter and event meter.

    Per shift the following information is automatically seized; number of pieces, actual working time (on-time of the machine), production time, set-up time, malfunction period, interruption time. 
  •  Included with the "POWER LINE" system:
    Safety Guard System with wire net safety barrier for operator protection, emergency safety switches or photo eye sensors at all entry points into the system.
