NOVA PELLET N-Plus Plant, complete Wood Pellet Manufacturing Plant including Dryer and Bagging Line:

The Pellet Plant consists of the following main components: - (1) Wood Chip Hopper: 706 cu. ft (20 cbm) volume; includes: Discharge Screw, Motor
- (1) Rotary Drum Dryer: 1.5 - 2.0 tons/Hr (1.4 -1.8 metric tons/Hr) dry material capacity, moisture reduction from 25% to 12% (Optional: Dryer for higher moisture contents); includes: Cyclone, Rotative Valve, Electrical Cabinet with PLC (Optional: additional Dust Filter)
- (1) Biomass Burner: approx. 955Lbs/Hr (433 kg/Hr) Wood Chips, max. 45% moisture content
- (1) Magnetic Separator
- (1) Hammer Mill: 1.6 - 2.2 tons/Hr (1.5 -2.0 metric tons/Hr) dry material capacity, 177 HP (132 kW) installed power, 1.2" x 0.78" x 0.2" (30 x 20 x 5 mm) max. grain size
- (1) Dry Chip Silo: 1,130 cu/ft (32 cbm) volume, 154" (3,900 mm) diameter, 476" (12,100 mm) height; includes: Dust Filter, Pulse Jet Cleaning System, Safety System with Spark detection, Rotative Valve
