Description:

BAKER A Band Resaw  

1/4" to 6" (6 mm-152 mm) cutting height x unlimited lengths; accepts up to 7" x 7" max. incoming material with conveyor set at zero degrees.

Specifications:

  • Fully variable feed speeds from 0 to 120 FPM and controlled by a hydraulic flow control valve; feed speeds relative to width of cut and hardness of material being cut.
  • Band Wheels are dynamically balanced 28" dia. all steel wheels; Baker Low Profile Flat Guides with hardened tool steel guide plates. 
  • Blades are 13'-2" long x 1" or 1-1/4" wide x 0.035" hardback and blade tensioning is mechanical via spring.
  • With 20 HP TEFC main drive; feedworks and conveyors run off hydraulic motor driven by main motor. 

    Standard features include: 
  • 20 HP Motor Standard; 6" wide hydraulically power driven conveyor with rough-top belting;
  • 28" Diameter, dynamically-balanced, solid, all-steel band wheels;
