TOOLING INCLUDES: 20" Top & Bottom Standard Slip-On HAR Series Spiral Cutterheads. Profile Knives can be combined with 4-sided 15 x 15mm x 3-degree Carbide Inserts. With 1/2” Max depth of cut with standard 5” O.D. and 60 mm bore. Left & Right Sideheads are Standard HAR Series slip-on vertical profile heads. Arranged for 1" Max depth of cut. With 40 mm Bore and up to 7" Cutting Circle. Left & Right-side Heads can also be used for profile work with owner-provided tooling.
MACHINE GUARANTEE: Planer is warranted against parts failure and/or defects for a period of (1) year when properly maintained. Failed parts are to be returned freight prepaid to LA warehouse for inspection. When approved, we will replace or authorize the machine owner to replace locally. Owner will receive a fast and full reimbursement upon presentation of a receipt. UL and/or CSA approved electrical components used throughout.
STARTUP & TRAINING SERVICES: Technician for start-up and operator training, $650 per day plus travel expenses at cost. If technician is required, expect (2) days in plant.
