NARDELLO SPECIAL PANEL SPLITTER:
For Single Side Edgebanders only; Working Capacity for splitting (1) single part into (2) pieces;

Minimum length of the workpiece: 11.8" (300 mm),
Maximum length of the workpiece 157.4" (4,000 mm)
Minimum width of the split workpiece: 1.57" + 1.57" (40+40 mm),
Maximum width of the split workpiece: 17.7" + 17.7" (450+450 mm)
Minimum / Maximum thickness of the workpiece: 0,39" - 1.57" (10 - 40 mm)
Variable feed speed from 26 - 114 FPM (8 - 35 MPM) - Splitting Saw Section:
2.5 HP (1.85 kW), 4,000 RPM Scoring Unit with max saw blade diameter 11.8" (300 mm)
5.36 HP (4 kW), 4,000 RPM Main sawing, max saw blade diameter 13.7" (350 mm) dia.
The splitter has an automatic post forming scoring unit and a main blade - Operator & Machine Control:
“Schneider” PLC with operator’s touch screen panel control for basic set up & work parameters of the parts being processed. - Available Options:
Option for: 2.55" / 65 mm max. material thickness;
Option for: 27.5" (700 mm) Long In-Feed transfer with PVC covered idle rollers;
Option for: 27.5" (700 mm) long Out-Feed transfer with PVC covered idle rollers;
Option for: Motorized In-Feed & Out-Feed transfers with PVC covered idle rollers;
Option for: Label printer & software; Barcode reader;
Option for: (1) Automatic panels return system with 180° cross-transfer conveyor belts & motorized rollers table that returns the panel to the operator in case a 2nd pass through the line is required. - Actual Model is NARDELLO SPECIAL
