90° Belt Curve Conveyor; 62" belt width, 158" outside radius, tapered end pulleys; capable of handling up to 48" x 96" panel with maxium 120 Lbs total live weight.

  • Horizontal, medium duty "slider bed" belt conveyor w/rail guard; 0.5 HP, AC 460 VAC, 3-Ph, 60 Hz INV Duty Drive motor, feed speed from 3 to 30 FPM at centerline Rradius.
  • Flow: Right-hand (CW) flow; 35" nominal belt height (or per customer request), adjustable support legs spaced 30' on centers.
  • PVC 120 Black belt with hidden lacing, sealed pre-lubricated cast iron flange ball bearings, 4" dia. drive and idle roller, grease packed, a11 type roller bearings.
  • Painted in standard safety blue, AC electrical controls assembly mounted & wired. - Other lengths & widths available.
