MATH-EX CMS 16' LATERAL CHAIN FEED TABLE with the following:

Specifications: 

  • Lateral chain feed table will feed material 1-1/2" wide min, up to 9" wide, maximum. The stock length is 12" to 16' and from 1/4" to 4-1/2" thick.
  • Feed rate is variable from 50 to 600 FPM. The powered feed rollers are driven by a 3 HP gear-motor.
  • Powered infeed chains are driven by a 1-1/2 HP gear-motor.
  • Rolls and chains are controlled by AC Adjustable Frequency Drives.
  • Fence is adjustable throughout a 3/4" range for alignment with downstream equipment.
  • 50" long low friction stainless steel flat top infeed chains provide long life and non-marking transportation.
  • (3) or (5) Powered feed rolls are smooth steel and allow non-marking transport of materials.
  • (3) or (5) Pinch rollers are 5" diameter Urethane. The pinch rollers are powered by individual 2-1/2" bore air cylinders to singulate pieces.
  • (2) Pinch rolls singulate pieces into the bridge, and (1) pinch roll keeps the board moving on the bridge. Pinch rolls are triggered by photoelectric cells.
