    SUGGESTED BLOCK REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED FOR BEST RESULTS:        
  • Block lengths from 6” to 40”
    NOTE: Block lengths must be at least 50% longer than the block width being run.
  • If a block is 6” wide, the shortest length possible must be 50% greater, or 9” long
    Examples:
  • When running of 4” wide blocks, the shortest block possible is 6” long
  • When running of 3” wide blocks, the shortest block possible is 4-1/2” long
  • Block thickness from 0.06” to 2.36”
  • Block widths from 1” to 6-1/4”
  • Assembled out-feed lengths from 10’ to 20’
