Description:

Machine breaks the glue bond in a staggered stack of fingerjointed material - see picture of material with the checkerboard end pattern.

  • 16'-10" max. opening for a single 4'x 4' x 16' unit; backstop platem loicks at 12" increments (2' min. load length); pressure platen 18" with hydraulic stroke; 5' x 5' platens ; 5 HP hudraulic unit with pressure compensated pump provides aprox. 1 minute squeeze time; with 5' x 25' footprint.
  • With equalized hydraulic squeeze to provide uniform load compression; hydraulic length setup with air operated locking pins on the backstop platen; backstop position indicator; simple manual controls for load length and crushing stroke; with heavy structural steel construction, eassy to maintain, and without cables!
  • Options available at time or order:
  • 10 HP hydraulic unit with approx. 30 second squeeze time, add $2,350 Double unit capacity; crushes (2) 4' x 4' loads with 5' x 10' platen, add $12,400
