ERREGI TECHNOPRESS Electro/Mechanical Automatic "Self Adjusting" Feed Through Case Clamp.
- Specifications:
The vertical pressing system with motors & independently controlled crossbars move according to the size of the piece to be pressed; mobile parts slide along linear bearings and guides.
- Operating Cycle;
Once the piece of furniture is assembled on the preparation bench the operator starts the automatic cycle and the carcass enters the machine.
The reading devices automatically determine the length and height of the workpiece and send this information to the PLC which positions the mobile head and the conveyor and stops the carcass in position. The beam automatically move to the preset position.
Each of the mobile heads are fitted with: (3) Horizontal pressure beams and programmable positioning moving vertically by a pneumatic system.
The pressing table and mobile heads are driven by AC brushless motors. - Working Capacity:
9.8" - 98.4" (250 - 2,500 mm) working length, 9.8" - 47.2" (250 - 1,200 mm) working height, 9.8" - 27-1/2" (250 - 700 mm) working depth/width. - Positioning Speed:
32.8 - 131.3 FPM (10 - 40 MPM) Variable speed controlled by programmable inverter. - The belt system is positioned on either side of the machine to allow the carcass to be clamped equally well, whether it is in the center of the conveyor belt or at the sides.
- The carcass transfer system is located at the bottom of the bed and consists of an electro-welded steel structure on which a closed loop belt rolls driven by an inverter controlled non-synchronous motor.
