OMGA T 2030 NC Roll Feed Optimizing Cut-Off Saw
Specifications:
12-5/8" Width x 4-3/4" thickness cap., Automatic Crosscutting Saw System for cutting up to 20' long lumber. The Saw will handle a workpiece down to 23.6".
Rollers at infeed handle rough inbound material with variation in thickness.
Features:
PC Computer with 10.5" Kvara User-interface (w/ Push Button Keyboard) performs (11) working programs and sorts up to (3) lumber grades; infeed belt conveyor with double side marking station permitted.
Cutoff Saw Details: Upcutting Auto-Feed Cutoff Saw, cutting cycle speeds from (1/2 - 1) Sec, 18" dia. saw blade included.
Saw has a 7.5 HP saw motor that drives arbor at 3,400 RPM.
12 HP Feed motor powers the lumber up to a max. feed speed of 800 FPM.
(3) Rollers top & bottom accelerate the material at outfeed for acceleration for next cut.
A vertical adjustable pneumatic guard clamp with replaceable chipbreaker cycles with the upstroke of the blade completely covering the saw blade while ensuring the smoothest possible cut.
Safety hood with Plexiglass window offers total protection of the cutting area; pneumatic cylinder with adjustable flow controls located at the front of the machine controls the up-stroke speed.
Cycling Details: The loading station has a galvanized flat metal surface where the operator marks several boards to be loaded.
10° Incline flat steel table ensures the boards are flat against the fence while making the loading operation very ergonomic.
(2) Pressure rollers, one to the left and one to right of the blade, are automatically controlled in the cycle and guarantee that the board is against the fence.
A camera placed on the feeding carriage reads the crayon marks assigned by the operator enabling the machine to perform the optimized cut on the remaining material after defect removing.
Includes:
Outfeed section with: 12' Outfeed belt, cutting lists can be entered at the machine or transferred by floppy disk; in- & outfeed conveyors (19’ outfeed belt conveyor with four pneumatic sorting kickers).
Controller needs to be checked out and possibly repaired. .
