OMGA T 521 SNC -7600 Automatic Crosscutting Saw System.
Suitable for cutting up to 25' long incoming boards; cuts single or multiple pieces stacked in packets; CNC Programmable Pusher accurately positions lumber to selected lengths. Without crayon marking.
Up-cutting Cutoff Saw with cutting cycle speeds from (0.5 - 1.0) Sec; 20" dia. blade; feed system with tail clamp and a 25' long 10° incline infeed table to keep lumber against fence-line.
Cutting cap. with 20" dia. blade: 12-5/8" Wide x 5-1/2" thick material; 25' max. infeed lumber length.; 7 HP saw motor drives arbor at 3,400 RPM; "200 FMP" pusher, 196 FPM feed speed at 100 Lbs. max. material weight.
The OMGA T 521 SNC Features:
Onboard controller: Cuts to length & optimizes based on length (step down optimization); 2-line display, 3-1/2" floppy disk drive (optional) and (2) RS-232 serial ports.
Infeed table: Flat metal surface at 10° incline to ensure material remains flat against fence for ergonomic loading operation.
Pneumatic cylinder: Controls the saw stroke, speed adjustable via flow controls & regulator, located at the front of the machine; adjustable blade guard to clamp workpiece, clamp activates automatically with cutting cycle.
Capacity varies according to incoming lumber lengths, cutstock lengths and saw cycle speed which averages 12 - 16 cycles/Min.
12' Long steel inclined outfeed receiving table with back fence.
