CUSTOM ...Rack Loading / Pick System.

The current owner changed to a larger System making this one is available. 

This System was designed to be operated by (2) people riding along on the Lift Section. The car travels forward and back on floor tracks; the operator drives the car into position, then raises up to the level of the shelf in the rack desired. The platform can travel in multiple planes at the same time. (X & Z).

 ● Platform size: 95-1/2" x 144"
 ● Length of travel depending on length of track on your floor and bus or bus bar.
 ● Max. Height to top shelf in rack: 20-1/2'

Machine was used for picking doors from racks (racks NOT included) to fulfill orders.
 
There was a PLC control originally on the System that tied into the companies' Order Placement System, which is NOT included, so it will be run by the operators that are standing on the platform. 

Unit has (8,000) of time on the counter.

NOTE: Unit is currently taken down and stored.
