G & L TECHNOLOGIES LPS-36T, Shutter Productions System
Automatic, hopper-fed continuous operation machine; automatically performs the process steps of louver end-sanding, drilling, pinning, and tilt-rod stapling in the production of wood & Polywood shutters.  Handles flat or tapered louvers from 6" - 36" in length with a variation of up to 1/16" on a specific length setup; 0.3" - 1/2" thickness and 1-7/8" - 5-1/2" width; louver material can be wood or Polywood. Includes: PLC Control with keypad & LCD display for setup & function control, such as index speed, spacing, system staple, drill & pin sequencing, and parts feed, additional accessories. Requirements: 90 PSI Air at 15 SCFM min. and an outfeed table which accepts tilt rod assemblies (not included). System basically takes all the individual components (louver blade, tilt rod staples, pivot pins, and tilt rod itself) and produces a semi-finished louver without the stiles & rails.
