G&L Technologies MPS-44 Louver Production Machine

Microprocessor controlled automated System to perform louver cutting accurately and swiftly, while eliminating much of the edge fraying. The system consists of a hopper feed and servo controlled index system to process your plastic, wood or composite louver materials. 

Matches production rate of (2) G&L TECHNOLOGIES LPS-36T!

System Benefits:
Tandem blades virtually eliminate edge fraying
Servo drive for absolute positioning ensuring length accuracy
utilizes infeed and outfeed hoppers for stand-alone operation
multiple jobs can be programmed at once, freeing the operator for other tasks
Accepts random lengths of material
system monitors and displays material yield and production data

User-friendly touch-screen for ease of programming
self-centering bed accepts all tapered or flat profiles
can run in manual mode or automatic mode
system interlocks for safety.
