Description:

MEMBRANO MERCURY DUO 73 Vacuum Membrane Press with double tables.
Twin table manual vacuum press with (2) 47" x 70" Platens with (2) 41" x 64" working capacity. Max. material height 6", material thickness 0.05" - .5" (0.1 - 1.0 cm).

  • (2) 3/8" Cast & ground aluminum bottom vacuum platens.
  • Overhead electrically heated enclosure slides over layup area minimizing shifting of parts prior to the vacuum cycle, after cycle the enclosure slides back to the center resting station then to the other side for the next cycle, in between cycles product is cooled and unloaded/loaded.
  • BLIR (infra red) heaters with high depth definition, low energy consumption. (1) heat control zone heat uniformally within 3% and monitered with a non contact thermocouple.
  • 0° - 1,200° F (500 C) with progammable times press cycle with audible alarm, over temperature safety control with audible alarm.
  • Includes vacuum tank, vacuum pump, manuals and any spare parts.
