1,350 mm (53") working width and equipped with (1) Crossbelt sanding head (2) Polishing heads, Brush roller. Part thickness 3 - 130 mm (0,1" - 5.1"), constant pass-line. Head Configuration: 1st Head - Segmented cross belt with 32 mm (1.3") wide segments with computer control. Inside chevron belt with air tension, dual speed motor 10 - 20 m/Min (33 - 66 FPM). 2nd Head - Fine sanding platen head, segmented, driven by 11 kW (15 HP) motor. Abrasive belt size 2,620 x 1,350 mm (103" x 53"). 3rd Head - 'Superfinishing' sectional sanding. Driven by 11 kW (15 HP) motor. Abrasive belt size 3,250 x 1,400 mm (128" x 55").
