TAGLIABUE  LB-1 Profile Belt Sander (2) Station;

Profile Sanding Machine Capable of sanding large and heavy parts such as, doors, slab material, furniture parts & heavy mouldings.

Sanding Stations:

  1st Station: "SNY45" 3 HP 3,450 RPM belt sanding units 3.5" wide x 109" long abrasive belts tilts -45 to 45 degrees unit allows for 500 mm height & 220 mm depth adjustment includes auto break sensor.

  2nd Station:  "SNY90" with 3HP motor 3.5" wide x 109" long abrasive belt tilts -15 to 90 degrees gravity roller infeed conveyor, 4 HP feed motor variable feed speed from 16 - 85 feet per minute feed chain with rubberized pads.

Specifications:

  Overhead holddown with rubberized wheels Includes 15 HP high frequency inverter for profile cutters.

  Outboard panel supports and free standing table type control panel.
