6 -Head (B-R-L-T-T-B), Working cap. 8-5/8" x 4-3/4".  Spindle sequence: Bottom 15 HP, right 15 HP, left 15 HP, top 25, top 20 HP, and bottom 15 HP motor. Amp meters on spindles 2,3,5 and 6. Spindle dia. 1-13/16" with cutterhead speed of 6,000 RPM. Profile jointers on spindles 2,3,4 & 6. Straight jointers on spindles #5. Mechanical readouts on all spindles; left spindle and top spindles with receding chipbreakers. Outboard bearings for spindle 4,5 and 6. Feed: 10 HP hydraulic drive variable speed feed from 20 - 200 FPM. Control panel separate from machine. Infeed table 800 mm with (2) rollers above and (1) driven table roller at infeed, (2) idle rollers in the machine table. Manual Waxilit pump. Includes: Side pressure roller at infeed. |
