GANNOMAT INDEX 130 TREND/470 TBZ CNC BORE, GLUE & DOWEL INSERTER:

  Specifications:
CNC Controlled Point-To-Point Drilling/Gluing/Dowel Insertion Machine with variable programming of boring patterns.

(1) Single spindle horizontal boring unit with 0.87 HP (.65 kW) motor; 3,000, 5,000, 8,000 RPM spindle speed selectable from the control software

(1) Gluing, dowel inserting unit currently set up for 8 mm dowel dia, 25 to 50 mm dowel length

  Working Field:
Working length 1,300 mm (51") single part, 650 mm (25.5") 2-parts, 320mm (12.5") 4-parts;

Working width 0.75" - 7.75", material thickness 0.5" - 3.1".

Total of (4) fields 2-LH / 2-RH for up to (4) zone processing of small parts like drawers, strechers etc.

(8) Dual-acting, adjustable hold-down cylinders for part processing.

  Positioning Speed:
246 FPM (75 MPM) positioning speed. "X","Y" & "Z" Axis travel via precision ball-screw drive, "Y" & "Z"  Axis adjusted by manual digital indicators. 

  Dowel driving & horizontal boring:
Iintegrated into (1) station; the dowel driving unit is located along side the boring station; both units are mounted on (1) support. 

Horizontal drilling & boring station head is capable of processing 6 - 8 or 10 mm dia dowels & lengths from 25 - 50 mm with required, additional optional items.

Machine is currently set up for 8 mm dia. dowels.

  Doweling station includes:
(1) Vibrating hopper; insertion head & dowel driving with air impulse. Electronic inductive glue insert control system monitoring glue injection.

Selector switch (glue/water) for quick rinsing of entire system; Glue control warning light indicating low volume in the glue container

  Operator & Machine Control:
Industrial PC Control" + Windows "XP" Professional operating system (Note: computer was fully upgraded to Windows XP Pro-Service Pack 3 on 10/29/14);

15" Monitor display, USB drive port, Serial & parallel interface, Bar code capable.

  Complete with:
(1) stainless steel 1.5 gallon container for glue and (1) stainless steel 1.5 gallon container for water;

Closed pressurized gluing system requires 88 PSI (6 BAR) constant air pressure; Selector switch (glue/water) for quick rinsing of entire system;
