Description:

BIESSE ROVER 37 FTS S1 FLAT TABLE MACHINE (W/ATC/BORING): 

6' x 12' "MATRIX" grid phenolic table for "Nested Base Manufacturing".

  Working cap.:
"X" Axis is 145.1" (3,685 mm), "Y" axis is 72.8" (1,850 mm) for routing & 60.6" (1,540 mm) for vertical drilling; "Z" axis stroke is 10.8" (250 mm), max material thickness is 7" (180 mm). 

  Positioning Speed:
"X & Y" Axis is 328 FPM (100 MPM) & "Z" axis is 98 FPM (30 MPM).

  Work Table:
Flat table designed for "Nested Base Manufacturing" with (2) independent work zones.

(4) Rear & (2 LH + 2 RH) adjustable double pop-up locating pins for positioning of parts on the worktable;

Each work zone with (1) "quick connect" vacuum outlet for custom vacuum fixtures.

The unit is prepared for (optional) "quick fit" vacuum outlets for optional clamping of small or irregularly shaped parts;

  Boring Unit:

BIESSE NC 1000 Operating system for real-time multi-task graphics & processing; programs can be transferred via diskette or downloading by wire is possible; built-in 1,500 W air conditioner for constant temperature & dust-free environment.

  Complete With:
(1) 40 HP  Travaini Dynaseal vacuum Pump; safety mats & 11 KVA Stabilized Auto-Transformer for voltages between 200 - 600 Volt; Lubrication system for guides & ball screw. 

Emergency stop rope & pressure sensitive safety mats that will instantly place machine in "pause cycle" when stepped on; sound absorbing protective head enclosure with debris curtain around bottom edge.
