Description:

INDUSTRIAL MACHINE'S MODELS VSS, ASC & M-100 FINGER JOINT LINE

For up to 4" high x 12" width max. material, vertical stroke finger joint head, 10 HP belt driven, center fence allowing material to be jointed on edge, (2) pieces (1) each side.

  "M-100" L-shaped transfer table to the assembly press, includes MGA manual glue applicator with 3" wide applicator roll.

  "ASC" Assembly Squeeze Clamp, 4" high x 12" wide max. cap.

  "A-100" Semi-Automatic Cutoff Saw, 3 HP saw motor, up-cut type saw; 12' roller conveyor and limit switch for cutoff. - Production rate approx. (6-10) joints per minute, depends on block lengths.

  NOTE:  The old girl may need a little "fiddling" with, but it ran fine when parked a few months ago.
