4-Head, 1,100 mm (43") width cap. equipped with (1) Knife planer head and (2) Rubberized Drums and (1) Combination head Specifications:  1st Head: Helical knife planer head with (4) spirals of 4-sided carbide inserts, each 14 mm x 14 mm; 29.5 HP (22 kW) motor. 2nd Head: Drum, approx 10" dia. Steel contact roll, 20 HP (15 kW) motor. 3rd Head: Drum, approx 10" dia. rubber covered contact roll, 20 HP (15 kW) motor. 4th Head: Combination head, drum with finishing platen, 22 HP (16 kW) motor; All heads with air-operated caliper-type disc brakes. Cleaning brush with 2 kW ( 3 HP) motor Variable feed speed from 13 - 52 FPM, 2.5 HP (1.9 kW) feed drive, automatic conveyor belt tracking. Vacuum holddown; Vacuum blower for feed belt with 4 HP (3 kW) motor. Equipped with: Anti-kickback fingers on infeed, infeed holddown shoes, and double outfeed pinch rolls on outfeed.
